Contact us through the form below or call us directly. Our team will guide you through the application process, which includes verification of your organization's charitable status. Once approved, we'll configure and deliver your terminal within 5-7 business days.
The invoice for a new POS is issued within the first ten calendar days of the month following activation. Each new POS is accompanied by a delivery note which can be used for tax purposes until the invoice is issued.
Shipping for new POS purchases has no additional charges. After completing the order, for security reasons, you will receive a telephone call to confirm your order. Shipping is done through a partner courier company and you will receive a notification with your tracking number.
Support costs are determined according to the support package you choose. Package 1: Fixed support (payment every six months) - 9.90€ + VAT for A80 model. Package 2: Usage-based support (payment when 3 months of POS usage or 12 months elapse). For the A920 Pro the monthly support cost is 12.90€ + VAT (fixed) or 19.90€ + VAT (usage-based).
Our terminals accept all major payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, as well as contactless payments including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. NFC-enabled devices and smartwatches are also supported.
Yes, a small percentage fee applies to each transaction to cover payment processing costs. Our rates are competitive and specifically designed for charitable organizations. Contact us for detailed pricing based on your expected transaction volume.
